Good thing you do Pay Pal transactions as well. Reason for my business shift to yours, the last time I used my credit card with that store, I started getting unauthorized purchases on my credit card. I am mainly interested in putting the H series Hex by Yuneec. As well as the Marco Polo drone locator. I will surely ask for the invoice when the correct time is at hand. What I mean by this is, the $ 1,700 tag price is the basic model, I would like to hold off until they announce the other options like the "FLIR" and the 360 collision avoidance, and get the actual price tag. I don’t know about the other service Reps you have in your organization yet but I do know about Don Price, your man in OK. As you know I’ve been having trouble updating my Q500 system and sent a CS request in to you. With-in minutes Don Price called me back and set up a time when we could get together on the phone so he could walk me through the process - which we did in spades. He went far beyond what I needed and explained several things I had questions on. I have never been so pleased. He is professional at every level. His product knowledge is superb and he is by far a great asset to you and your company. You’ve done it again. Once again it is reassuring to know that you have pulled out all the stops when it comes to building the best organization you could possibly have. You two are simply “the best”. It is reassuring to know that the support is out there day or night and I just wanted to make sure you know how pleased I am with both you and Don. Thank you a million times over.

I crashed my Phantom 2v+ a couple of times and needed repair work. I called Peter and he said "No Problem" and then suggested his repair tech. that is in the area where I live. All I can Say is Peter at Aces Deals is the man!!! If you want the Best customer support go no farther. He will do whatever it takes to get you your drone. FedEx almost ruined my vacation by not delivering my drone on-time do to not delivering regular packages the day before The 4th of July, but Peter stepped in and took care of it and got me my drone Via Personal Carrier!! After researching for almost 2 years, I finally stumbled across AcesDeals and Peter.
